Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
How long does shipping take?
USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-4 days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info. Delivery takes 1-4 weeks after item ships.
International orders: Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase. Items will deliver in 2-4 weeks. You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.
We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.
How much is the shipping cost?
USA Orders- Free shipping on all orders!
International Orders- Orders less than $100 cost $9.99 for shipping while orders over $100 are FREE shipping. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.
Express Shipping is available on Fitplicity branded products (for example: our weight lifting belts). They ship from our U.S. Warehouse, estimated USA shipping is 4-7 days. If you purchase a Fitplicity branded product and additional items, the branded product will ship express and the other items will ship separately via standard shipping.

How can I track my order?
- Our current suppliers are located around the globe. We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
- Our Fitplicity branded products are designed by our team and made in Pakistan.
- Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships and with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.
What is your return policy?
- We FIRMLY stand behind our products. Please see refund & returns page for specific details.
I didn't get all of my items.
- Items will ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.
Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
- If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.
Can I pay in my own currency?
- All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction. You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.
